Josh Willy grew up in South Fayette, where he built a life rooted in love, commitment, and community. Married to his beloved wife, Celena, he was a devoted father to their three sons, Ben, Nate, and Alex.Â
Josh’s passion for mentoring and inspiring young minds extended beyond his family, as he dedicated 23 years to teaching in the Penn Hills School District. His impact as an educator was immeasurable, earning him the respect and admiration of colleagues, students, and parents alike.
Outside the classroom, Josh’s love for sports shone brightly. He was a cornerstone of the local youth sports scene, coaching everything from kindergarten basketball to pony league baseball.

His vehicle skidded off the guardrail, plunging nearly five stories down a hillside before coming to rest in a cold stream at Nine Mile Run.
